More involved work, such as full shank replacements or sourcing replacement stones, can take three to four weeks. We’ll always give you a clear estimated timeline when you bring your piece in.

Rhodium plating is offered as an additional service and is recommended periodically for white gold pieces to maintain their bright, reflective finish. We’ll discuss whether rhodium plating is appropriate for your piece when we provide the quotation.
All repair work carried out in our workshop is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for twelve months from the date of collection. We take great pride in the quality and longevity of every repair that leaves the workshop.
